No. The Care Plan is a rolling monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
Contact us and we will arrange a visit. There is no callout charge for Care Plan members. If parts or significant repair work is needed, your 10% labour discount applies.
The plan covers your annual service and removes the callout fee. Parts and extensive repair labour are charged separately, but you receive a 10% discount on labour costs.
